Products ordered in our online store are delivered within Norway’s borders. Wik & Walsøe wants to offer the best delivery conditions, and consequently the item(s) must be sent within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated and provided that the product is in stock. In connection with sales and holidays, the delivery time must be expected to be longer.
Notification of errors and deficiencies
The packages are insured during transport, and we kindly ask you to check the contents upon receipt. If the package or contents are damaged on arrival, please report this to Wik & Walsøe within a reasonable time and no later than 14 days from receiving the shipment.
Regardless of whether any errors and defects are discovered upon receipt or later, all are subject to the Norwegian Sales Act, which gives you 24 months to complain about a product. However, if the errors and deficiencies are due to negligence, abuse or other incorrect use, the right to complain will lapse. In this connection, we refer to our guidelines for the correct handling of porcelain and glass.
