You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date you have received the product. You can exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any specific reason by communicating your decision to us using the withdrawal form included with the package, by regular mail, or by email.

NOTE: You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the product or by failing to collect the product from the carrier.
This must be done as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We may require documentation proving that the product was sent before the deadline. If you return a product by mail, you must ensure that it is properly packed with due care.
NOTE: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by returning the product to physical stores or to our distributors.
NOTE: You are responsible for any damages that occur during transport. Please be aware that you must cover the costs associated with returning the product, unless we have delivered the product to you in error, or if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. We are unable to provide the price of return shipping in advance, as this depends on the weight of the product and your choice of carrier, etc.
The product must be returned in good and undamaged condition. If the returned product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, you will be responsible for any loss in the product’s value. We will assess the value based on a specific evaluation of the returned product.
Payment for the product will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case, no later than two weeks after we have received your email regarding the withdrawal from the purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product for inspection or until you have provided proof of having returned the product, whichever comes first.
If you choose to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with these terms, we will refund the purchase price along with the original shipping costs (but not any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option).
