Scratches and punctures of the glaze can be caused by e.g., sharp steak knives. We therefore recommend to use quality cutlery in 18/10 steel to avoid such scratches. After a meal, it is recommended to rinse the porcelain with water. Some foods contain strong acids that can cause discolouration of the glaze. Lemon and a little water can help remove such marks.
